Queer Design Club is a platform for collective learning, experimentation, and resource-sharing among LGBTQIA+ creatives. QDC’s mission is to “cultivate a global community of practice that makes visible the contributions of queer designers and supports designers of all kinds in using queerness as a lens, capacity, and orientation in their work.”

As Queer Design Club’s inaugural Graphic Design Intern, I had the opportunity to assist the co-founders in creating the visual foundation of QDC as an organization. Throughout my time, I conceptualized and designed a variety of digital assets (namely, social media graphics), many of which possessed social justice undertones and remained consistent with the brand’s visual identity.
